From the moment the customer receives the product, they will have a maximum period of three (3) business days to request an exchange via email, specifying the reasons for the request as well as the product they wish to exchange it for. 

If 3 days have passed since your order arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.Sale and discounted items are not exchangeable or returnable.
