All orders are shipped by UPS from Colombia, where we produce.

Please allow 36- 48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number / confirmation of order shipment. Depending on the country, orders take 3-5 days to arrive.

From the moment the customer receives the product, they will have a maximum period of three (3) business days to request an exchange via email, specifying the reasons for the request as well as the product they wish to exchange it for. 

If 3 days have passed since your order arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.Sale and discounted items are not exchangeable or returnable.

  • Do I need to cover the costs for exchanges or returns? Yes, customers are responsible for the shipping fees when returning or exchanging an item.
  • How much time do I have to request an exchange or return? You have 3 calendar days from the date you receive your items to request an exchange. Please make sure the product is in its original packaging.
